Dear Josh and Paula,
Well, you have left my home about fifteen minutes ago and all I can say is thanks again for a fantastic job!
I was sitting in my kitchen, which as you know has sizable bay windows, when you were installing the solar screens.
While you were installing the screens, I could literally feel the temperature go down in the room! I no longer am going to have to close up all my west facing blinds as the sun blasts the back of my house.
The afternoon light in the rooms that are newly screened can best be described as soothing, rather than punishing, which is what it was. It's kind of like cloudy day light coming in, while I see it is sunny outside.
I can't wait to see how much $$$ I save on the AC this next month. As I am typing this, my house is silent. That means the AC is off and it is 100 degrees outside.
As for your service, I have had a lot of contractors come to my home for various projects. You both are by far and away the friendliest, most competent, honest of them all. Your website was easy to follow and truthful. You came right out to measure my windows. It was easy to pay you. You actually showed up the day you said your were coming. (A minor miracle) And the quality of your work was first rate! And you both did it all with a smile.
I wish you both the best in your work. I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone who wants solar screens.

Just as I said, everyone has been coming by to look at the new screens, and I show them outside and inside and brag about your wonderful work and how pleasant and nice you two are to work with. I've been giving people your contact info. so you should be hearing from some of them. I thought I would let you know that four of my neighbors have come by so far and are really interested, they all commented on how well they look (All these engineers are fascinated!.), they were so amazed at how much difference they made on the inside (the windows weren't hot), and how well they could see through them, and how well they don't impare the amount of light that comes through. Everyone has been very impressed. The other couple that was asking the day you were installing the screens is out of town for 2 wks., but I'm sure they'll want the "tour" when they get back. EMAIL Subject: Thank You My wife (Susan) and I had been talking about getting solar screens for years, as we have heard of their many benefits.Until two months ago (March) we had backburnered the idea.Now that we have them, I couldn't imagine ever going back to not having them. So far, the summer has been pleasantly enjoyable.Granted that it's been raining a lot lately, never the less, on the days that it has been hot, our house is staying MUCH cooler. A HUGE noticeable difference.The two bedrooms upstairs facing the West are now comfortable. Our twins are very thankful. And, the East glass block window into our bathroom is no longer a problematic source of heat for us, as our bathroom is now MUCH cooler in the mornings.We have become huge believers in your product and are fans of your level of professional service. I absolutely love my screens! You were right about the cozy feeling it creates inside the house. And my bedroom is finally cool. EMAIL Subject: Thank you for my screens I am so happy that you guys convinced me to put your screens on the right side windows, as the house looks so much better with them all the way around, and most importantely, no one can see in, I have privacy. I had no idea that I would have such privacy. I no longer have to keep my blinds closed. It's SO great. In the morning when I sit down to have my coffee and read the paper, now I can have my blinds open to enjoy the outside view, and not have to worry about anyone being able to see in. Josh, The new screen door you built for me is great – I put my hand behind it as the sun beamed in Saturday, and felt virtually no heat whatsoever even though it was 97 degrees outside – it will pay itself off from the savings in my $300/month A/C bill !!! Thank you so much :)
