[#3568] At the Mopac and Slaughter area of south Austin on Monday, June 10, 2013, we installed these nine solar screens for this customer.
The total installation cost for this customer was $580.
This project involved us building nine chocolate solar screens with white frame, whereby we installed four of the solar screens on the front of the home and five on the back of the home.
The customer upgraded the front of the home to the 90 percent fabric and on the back of the home the customer put on the 80 percent solar screen fabric. You can see here on the front of the home that there are two rectangular windows with arches above them. There’s not really a good picture here showing the other window to the right of the front door.
On the back of the home we installed the 80 percent solar screens, as the back of the home faces East, it gets the morning sun . Look at how well you can see through the 80% solar screen fabric, you can see the blinds, but you wouldn’t be able to see that much farther into the home. Your eyes can see the white blinds, but they wouldn’t be able to see two feet or so into the home.
