141 3/4″ frame HS-Windows

*[#3554] This is a small home off of Mopac and Parmer in Austin, Texas. The solar screen installation involved us installing eight solar screens totaling 752 inches. The customer upgraded one of these solar screens, (front window not shown in these pictures) to the 90 percent solar screen fabric.

The installation cost for this Austin TX Solar Screen job was $460.

80% solar window screens, back of home.

The installation took place on Monday, June 3, 2013. The solar screen fabric color we used was the black solar screen fabric with the champagne frame. Looking at these pictures you can see the champagne frame outlining the black fabric.  It’s not that easy to make out the champagne framing in these pictures, but it’s there and it looks really pretty.  The champagne frame ties in really well with the painted exterior walls.

Right side of home. This particular kind of window is tricky to install a solar screen on correctly. The solar screen has to be made out 3/4″ framing to fit into the tracking properly, and building a screen this big out of the 3/4″ framing can be tricky, but we are good at it.

It’s a really pretty look. That champagne frame ties in well with the wall color of the house.
